M&M Fire Protection and Security, a leading provider of cutting-edge security & fire solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales and Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team.
This role is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who is capable of managing heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing technical support to our valued customers.
The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals. Experience with security/fire panels, CCTV, access control, and fire extinguishers is a huge plus, as this position will be offering first round tech support to our current customers.

Collaborate with our team to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to provide exceptional technical support.
Guide customers through product demonstrations and answer technical queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions within internal database systems
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to stay updated on the latest security solutions and effectively communicate them to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including office staff and field technicians, to address customer concerns and provide technical insights.
Achieve sales goals
Qualifying, following up and tracking sales leads
Assists in providing support, guidance, and quotes to clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in inside sales, technical support, or a similar role.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex security concepts.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication platforms.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Good time management is required
Familiarity with security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and cybersecurity, is highly desirable.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Possess good judgment and attention to detail
Hours (Full-time): Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay
Experience: Ideally 2 years of sales experience at least
